Quick facts
- The 7 to 14 day window includes both processing and carrier transit.
- There is no separate processing period added on top of that estimate.
- Product pages show a corresponding estimated date range based on the day you view the item.
What the estimate includes
The delivery estimate includes Branch order processing and carrier transit for eligible in-stock physical products. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Inventory changes, destination, carrier delays, severe weather, or an address correction can affect timing.
Backordered or unavailable items
A backordered or unavailable product must show its own timing before purchase. If an item cannot be supplied after ordering, Branch will contact you and refund the amount paid for the affected item and any shipping charge that no longer applies.
When the estimate has passed
If the parcel has not arrived by the end of its estimated window, email support@branchdepot.com with the order number so the shipment can be investigated.
