Our authenticity policy

Full Product Authenticity & TrademarksBranch Depot does not knowingly sell or promote counterfeit goods. Any branded product represented as genuine on Branch must be genuine and accurately identified. We do not permit non-genuine goods to use another company’s trademark, logo, packaging, or brand identity in a way that could make them appear authentic.
Listings must not describe non-genuine branded products as replicas, knockoffs, clones, imitations, fakes, or similar terms in an attempt to pass them off as genuine. If a product’s authenticity or identity cannot be reasonably supported, it should not be listed or represented as a genuine branded product.
Brand and trademark references

Full Product Authenticity & TrademarksBrand names, trademarks, model names, and logos shown on product pages are used to identify the product, manufacturer, model, or compatibility where applicable. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Branch uses its own Branch branding for the storefront.
Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, Branch Depot is an independent retailer and no sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorized-reseller relationship with a referenced brand is implied.
Product information and sourcing

Full Product Authenticity & TrademarksProduct titles, model numbers, specifications, images, and descriptions should accurately identify the item offered for sale. If a product’s authenticity or identity cannot be supported, it should not be represented or sold as a genuine branded product.
Report an authenticity concern

Full Product Authenticity & TrademarksIf you believe a listing incorrectly uses a brand name, trademark, logo, or authenticity claim, email support@branchdepot.com with the product link and details. We will review the listing and take appropriate action where necessary.
Apply the policy to the exact listing
A brand reference may identify a product, its manufacturer, its model, or compatibility. Read the full description and selected option to understand which use applies. A listed name or logo alone is not proof of endorsement or authorized-reseller status.
If you want a particular item checked, provide its Branch product URL and the exact detail causing concern. For an item already received, include the order reference and helpful evidence. The policy sets the standard; a report about a specific product still needs to be reviewed.
