Check a branded product before buying

Compare the title, model, and selected option

Look at the product title, model number, description, images, and the option you selected together. If a detail is inconsistent or missing, save the product URL and ask Branch to clarify that specific point before buying.

A phrase describing compatibility identifies what an item may work with. It is not automatically a claim that the compatible accessory was manufactured by that brand. Ask about the item’s actual manufacturer or identity if that distinction matters.

Understand what a brand reference does and does not establish

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and can identify a manufacturer, model, or compatibility. Branch Depot is an independent retailer unless a product page explicitly states a particular relationship.

A brand name in a listing does not itself establish sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, authorized-reseller status, or an additional warranty promise. Review what is explicitly disclosed for the item and ask about anything essential to your decision.

Report a concern about an item or listing
