Ask before sending anything back

Contact support with your order number and the exact replacement size or option you want. Branch must confirm availability and the correct return process first.

The return window still matters

The 14-day return request window applies to eligible returns. If a replacement is not available, support can explain the return and refund options that apply to the order.

Tell support exactly what you want to swap

1. 1Give the order reference, delivery date, and item you received.
2. 2Name the size, color, model, or other option originally ordered.
3. 3Provide the link and exact option you would prefer instead.
4. 4Explain the condition of the original item and whether its included parts and packaging are available.

Availability and approval are separate checks

An alternative appearing in the catalog does not confirm an exchange is reserved for you. Support will check the replacement and explain the next step. Ask whether you need to complete a return and place a separate order, or whether another arrangement is available.

If the alternative has a different price or postage implication, ask for that to be explained before proceeding. Do not assume the original payment automatically covers a more expensive item or that another order has been placed.

Keep the return deadline in view
