Where to look
- Search the checkout email inbox for Branch order messages.
- Check the order information available in My Account on Branchdepot.com.
- Look at any payment or shipping confirmation that includes the order reference.
If you still cannot find it
Contact support with the checkout email, your name, approximate purchase date, and the products ordered. Do not send a full payment-card number.
Look for the purchase reference, not just the tracking number
An order number identifies the purchase. A tracking number identifies the shipment, while a payment reference identifies a transaction. They may all appear in different messages. Send the order reference when you have it, and label any other reference so support knows what it represents.
Search the inbox used for checkout for the product name, Branch, or MemberConsole. Check the date of the message and the items listed, especially if you placed several orders close together.
Help support locate an order without the number
- Use the email address entered at checkout where possible.
- Give your name, approximate order date, product name, and selected option or quantity.
- Include the approximate total and a receipt reference if available; do not send card credentials.
- Explain whether you received a confirmation, a shipping update, or only a bank entry.
If you share a screenshot, remove unrelated transactions, full payment details, and other private information first.
