What happens at checkout

You browse and select products on Branch. When you proceed to checkout, the cart is transferred to MemberConsole so you can review the order and complete payment.

Branch policies still apply

Using MemberConsole for checkout does not change the Branch policies disclosed for your purchase. Branch Depot, LLC remains your contact for product information, fulfillment, returns, and refunds.

Verify the domain

The checkout page is hosted at memberconsole.com. If you are unsure whether you are on the expected checkout page, return to Branchdepot.com and start checkout again rather than entering payment details on an unfamiliar domain.

Why the web address changes

The storefront is where you browse the catalog and choose product options. MemberConsole hosts the payment step, where you review the transferred cart and authorize payment. The published payment policy identifies memberconsole.com as that checkout destination.

The change of domain does not transfer Branch’s responsibility for product questions, fulfillment, returns, or refunds. Keep the order reference from the checkout result and contact Branch support when you need help with the purchase.

What to do if the handoff does not look right

Check that the address shown by your browser is the checkout domain identified in the policy and that the cart details match. Do not enter payment details into a page reached through an unrelated message, or into a destination that differs from the documented checkout path.

If the cart is empty, the total differs, or you are unsure about the destination, return to the store and contact Branch before paying. Include what page you started from and what happened during the handoff. A service name alone is not a reason to accept an unexpected recurring charge; the Branch policy rules out undisclosed subscriptions for one-time product purchases.
