Review each part of the total

Check the product price, quantity, discounts, shipping charge, any applicable tax, and final total before authorizing payment.

Shipping threshold

Standard US shipping is $2.90 below a $75 merchandise subtotal after discounts and free at $75 or more. The threshold is calculated before tax and shipping.

If the total looks wrong

Do not complete payment if the total differs from the offer you reviewed. Contact support with the product link or cart details so the issue can be checked.

Compare like with like

1. 1Check the price of the selected product option, not just another option shown on the listing.
2. 2Multiply by the quantity you intend to buy and review any discount actually applied.

A different total deserves a pause

For example, a $74 merchandise subtotal stays below the free-shipping threshold even if tax makes the final total exceed $75. Standard US shipping is $2.90 in that case. At exactly $75 after discounts, standard shipping is free.

If the checkout total does not match the offer you reviewed, contact Branch before authorizing payment. Send the product link, selected option, quantity, and the totals you are comparing. Do not guess that a difference is a membership fee: the policy says a one-time product purchase has no undisclosed membership or subscription charge.

If Branch finds a listing or price error

The store terms say Branch will contact you before changing an affected order and will not charge a higher amount without your consent. If the affected order is cancelled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
