Prices are shown in US dollars. Brand names and trademarks are used to identify products, manufacturers, models, or compatibility where applicable. Unless explicitly stated, Branch Depot is an independent retailer and no sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorized-reseller relationship with a referenced brand is implied. See our Product Authenticity & Trademarks policy. The product description, selected options, condition, availability, and price shown before checkout describe the item offered. Any applicable tax and shipping charge are displayed in the order total before purchase. We do not add an undisclosed membership or subscription charge to a one-time product order.

If we discover a material listing or price error, we will contact you before changing your order. We will not charge a higher amount without your consent. If the affected order is cancelled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. We may cancel an order if the product cannot be supplied, payment cannot be completed, the address is invalid, or a legal or fraud-prevention concern prevents fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the affected item and any associated shipping charge that no longer applies.

For cancellation or address changes, email support@branchdepot.com promptly. We will confirm whether the order can still be changed before dispatch.

Standard US shipping is $2.90 below $75 and free at $75 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–14 calendar days, including processing and transit. Full conditions appear in Shipping & Delivery.

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 calendar days after delivery. The return method, condition requirements, postage responsibility, and refund details are set out in Returns & Refunds. Any product-specific exception must be clearly disclosed before purchase; later order correspondence cannot introduce a new restriction.
