How the threshold is calculated

The qualifying amount is the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Tax and shipping are not part of the merchandise subtotal used to determine whether the cart reaches $75.

If the merchandise subtotal is exactly $75 after discounts, standard shipping is free.

Review the checkout total

Any applicable tax, shipping charge, discounts, and the complete order total are shown before you place the order. If the displayed shipping charge looks inconsistent with the cart total, stop and contact support before completing payment.

Work out which shipping charge should apply

1. 1A $74.99 merchandise subtotal after discounts is below the threshold, so standard shipping is $2.90.
2. 2An exactly $75 merchandise subtotal after discounts qualifies for free standard US shipping.
3. 3If a $80 cart has a $10 discount, the qualifying subtotal becomes $70 and standard shipping is $2.90.
4. 4Tax does not help a below-$75 merchandise subtotal reach the threshold.

If checkout shows a different shipping amount

Review the selected products, quantities, and applied discount before comparing the shipping line. Removing an item or applying a discount can change whether the cart qualifies. Check that you are reviewing a US delivery address and the same cart on Branch and MemberConsole.
