Include your order number when available and use the checkout email when possible. A clear, specific request helps support identify the order and the next step without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or one-time authentication codes. Branch does not need them to review a customer support request.
Regarding: Shipping costs and free shipping
Include the merchandise subtotal after discounts, displayed shipping charge, and whether you are using a US address. Send a cropped total screenshot if useful.
