Useful information
For an order issue, your name, checkout email, order number, product name, and a clear description are usually the most useful starting points.
Information not to send
Do not send your password, a full card number, card security code, one-time authentication code, or any credential that could be reused to access an account or authorize payment.
Privacy questions
For information about the data Branch collects, service providers, records, and privacy requests, read the current Privacy Policy on Branchdepot.com.
Prepare screenshots and attachments carefully
A checkout error or damaged-product photo can help explain the issue. Before sending a screenshot, crop it to the relevant area and hide full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, reset links, and unrelated purchases or messages.
The support form has no attachment field. If an image is needed, you can email it to support@branchdepot.com with the order reference. An order number, checkout email, and relevant transaction status are more useful than a screenshot of an entire bank account.
Use the correct route for personal-information requests
For access, correction, or deletion of information, explain the privacy request to Branch’s support email. The policy says identity verification may be needed, and some records must be retained for orders, accounting, security, or legal obligations.
A privacy request is different from a return, order cancellation, or email unsubscribe. Say which action you need so it can be handled correctly. Use an unsubscribe link where provided for marketing preferences, and browser controls for cookie settings. Read the privacy guide for the store’s information-handling details.
Read the full published policy
The Branch store pages below contain the complete policy and its latest published date. Keep the terms disclosed for your purchase with your order records.
