United States delivery

Orders are accepted for eligible US delivery addresses. Review your complete delivery address before placing the order, including apartment, suite, unit, or other location details that the carrier needs.

International orders

Branch does not currently offer international shipping. Do not use a foreign address expecting the checkout to create an international delivery service that is not offered.

US coverage still depends on the delivery address

The published policy does not list a promise for every US address type or location. If you need delivery to a PO box, a military address, a territory, or another address with special carrier requirements, ask support about that exact destination before purchasing.

Give the city, state or territory, ZIP code, and address type with your product question. You do not need to share a full street address just to ask an initial coverage question. Checkout and support can confirm the details needed for the actual order.

Do not use a placeholder destination

Enter the address where the parcel should actually be delivered. A checkout form accepting an address is not a reason to assume international shipping is supported; the store policy currently limits delivery to eligible US addresses.

Branch lists its dispatch location as 44 Warren St, Providence, Rhode Island 02907, United States. That business address is not your delivery destination and does not establish a collection service. If you need an address changed on an order already placed, use Change a shipping address and contact support promptly.
